Refund policy

1. Refund Policy
At Two Ravens: Tool & Craft, every item is handmade and made with care. 
We want you to love what you receive.

**Returns**
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, 
items must be unused and in their original condition. Because our products 
are handmade, slight natural variations in color, texture, and finish are 
not considered defects.

To start a return, email us at tworavenstc@gmail.com with your order 
number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 
2–3 business days with next steps.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. 
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 
5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please 
email tworavenstc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo 
of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you with a 
replacement or full refund.

**Non-Returnable Items**
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Digital products or downloadable files

**Exchanges**
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a 
different item, please return the original and place a new order.
